ملخص الوظيفة: تبحث منظمة CARE الدولية في لبنان عن مساعد توعية مكرس لدعم أنشطة التوعية، مراقبة البيانات، وتحليلها لمشروع تطوير الزراعة والمزارعين (AFDAL). هذه الوظيفة أساسية للتفاعل مع المجتمعات، إدارة البيانات، وضمان تنفيذ المشروع بفعالية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التوعية والمشاركة المجتمعية: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات للتواصل مع المجتمعات المستهدفة وأصحاب المصلحة. عقد اجتماعات مجتمعية، مجموعات تركيز، ومقابلات لجمع المعلومات ومعالجة احتياجات المجتمع.
- مراقبة وتحليل البيانات: جمع ومراقبة وتحليل بيانات المشروع. ضمان دقة البيانات وكمالها، واستخدام أدوات التحليل لإصدار تقارير ورؤى عملية.
- إدارة بيانات المشروع: توثيق وأرشفة بيانات المشروع، الحفاظ على السرية، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة لأصحاب المصلحة والممولين.
- التقييم والفحص: إجراء تقييمات لتحديد احتياجات المشروع، تحليل الأداء، والتعاون في تطوير خطط العمل.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في الإحصاء، علوم البيانات، العلوم الاجتماعية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: 0-1 سنوات من الخبرة في مراقبة البيانات وإدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في دور توعية أو ميداني.
- المهارات: مهارات تحليل قوية، إتقان أدوات تحليل البيانات (مثل Excel، SPSS)، مهارات تنظيم واتصال ممتازة.
- اللغات: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية و/أو العربية؛ المعرفة بلغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
العلاقات التنظيمية: تقرير إلى ضابط المشروع والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الميدان، أصحاب المصلحة، وموظفي إدارة البيانات.

Position Summary: CARE International in Lebanon is seeking a dedicated Outreach Assistant to support outreach activities, data monitoring, and analysis for the Agriculture Farmers Development and Livelihoods (AFDAL) project. This role is essential for engaging with communities, managing data, and ensuring effective project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage target communities and stakeholders. Conduct community meetings, focus groups, and interviews to gather information and address community needs.
- Data Monitoring and Analysis: Collect, monitor, and analyze project data. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, utilizing analysis tools to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Project Data Management: Document and file all project data, maintain confidentiality, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and donors.
- Assessment and Screening: Conduct assessments to identify project needs, analyze performance, and collaborate on action plans.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in data monitoring and project management, preferably in an outreach or field-based role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS), excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and/or Arabic; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Organizational Relationships: Reports to the Project Officer and works closely with field teams, stakeholders, and data management personnel.
