وصف الوظيفة:

تبحث منظمة INTERSOS، وهي منظمة إنسانية غير ربحية، عن مدير حماية لتنسيق الإشراف الفني وإدارة جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالحماية عبر المشاريع في منطقة التدخل. سيكون الشخص المسؤول عن تحديد الاحتياجات وبناء القدرات وتطبيق معايير الجودة في الخدمات والأنشطة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الفني: قيادة وتنسيق جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالحماية، وضمان تنفيذها وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والتوجيهات الخاصة بالمانحين.
• تطوير البرامج: تحليل المعلومات والبيانات لتوفير سياق حماية وتحديد المشكلات والاحتياجات الناشئة، ودعم تطوير الاستراتيجيات والبرامج المتعلقة بالحماية.
• المراقبة والتقارير: تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة والأثر، وتنفيذ زيارات ميدانية لمراقبة الأنشطة والتحديات.
• إدارة الموارد البشرية: دعم في توظيف وتدريب الموظفين والمتطوعين، وتقييم الأداء.
• التمثيل والتنسيق: التمثيل في الاجتماعات التقنية وتنسيق الأنشطة مع الجهات المعنية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في مجال ذو صلة (العلوم الاجتماعية، علم النفس، العمل الاجتماعي، حقوق الإنسان، القانون الدولي الإنساني).
• الخبرة: خمس سنوات على الأقل في قطاع الحماية مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور إشرافي.
• المهارات: مهارات تقنية قوية في الحماية الإنسانية، إدارة المشاريع، الكتابة، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• اللغات: الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Title: Protection Manager – INTERSOS

Position Type: Full Time

Job Description:

INTERSOS, a non-profit humanitarian organization, is seeking a Protection Manager to oversee and coordinate all protection-related activities across projects within the intervention area. The role involves ensuring quality standards in protection services, addressing training needs, and representing INTERSOS within the intervention area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Supervision: Lead and coordinate protection activities, ensuring implementation aligns with quality standards and donor guidelines.
• Program Development: Analyze protection data to identify emerging issues and support the development of protection strategies and programs.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Contribute to regular reporting on protection activities, conduct field visits to monitor and address challenges.
• Human Resources: Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of protection staff and volunteers.
• Representation and Coordination: Represent INTERSOS in technical meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain effective relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Science, Psychology, Social Work, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the protection sector, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge in humanitarian protection, project management, and reporting. Proficient in MS Office and fluent in Arabic and English.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
