– تنسيق خطة التوظيف العامة للموارد البشرية.
– تطوير أو مراجعة نطاقات العمل للموظفين.
– إدارة عملية النشر للوظائف لجذب المرشحين.
– تنظيم عملية الاختيار، بما في ذلك التنسيق مع لجان الاختيار.
– إدارة دورة العقود للموظفين في النظام العالمي لإدارة الموارد.

**المتطلبات:**
– درجة بكالوريوس في تخطيط وتطوير الموارد البشرية.
– خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في الموارد البشرية والإدارة.
– إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة محدودة بالعربية.

• Coordinate the overall hiring plan for national and international workforce.
• Develop or review Terms of Reference for the workforce.

• Manage the entire cycle of contracts in the Global Resource Management System.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Planning and Development.
• Six years of relevant experience in Human Resources and administration.
