#### نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن منسق مركز تعليم منظم ومتفانٍ للإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مركز التعليم الخاص بنا. سيكون منسق المركز مسؤولاً عن متابعة الأنشطة التعليمية، ضمان تفاعل الطلاب، والحفاظ على التواصل مع الأهالي ومقدمي الرعاية. يتطلب الدور مهارات قيادية قوية، دقة في المتابعة، والتزامًا بخلق بيئة تعليمية آمنة وداعمة.

#### المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
– الإشراف على جميع أنشطة المركز وضمان توافقها مع الأهداف التعليمية وإرشادات البرنامج.
– متابعة وتقييم الأنشطة التعليمية داخل المركز لضمان تقديم تجارب تعليمية ذات جودة عالية.
– متابعة حضور الطلاب ومعدلات التسرب، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز التفاعل والاحتفاظ بالطلاب.
– التواصل بانتظام مع أولياء الأمور، وتقديم تحديثات حول تقدم الطلاب والتعامل مع أي مخاوف.
– مساعدة منسق التعليم الفني في مراقبة وتقييم أداء المعلمين، والتأكد من الالتزام بالإرشادات والقواعد.
– مراجعة خطط الدروس الخاصة بالمعلمين وتقديم الملاحظات والدعم لتحسين جودة التدريس.
– إدارة الجدول الزمني اليومي للمركز وضمان تنسيق الأنشطة بشكل فعال.
– إنشاء وصيانة جرد الموارد التعليمية في المركز وضمان توفرها للاستخدام.
– متابعة التقدم نحو تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية ووضع خطط العمل المناسبة لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة.
– تطبيق جميع البروتوكولات الأمنية لضمان بيئة آمنة للمستفيدين.
– التعرف على أي مشاكل متعلقة بالسلامة ومعالجتها بسرعة.
– مراقبة وتحويل أي قضايا متعلقة برفاهية الطلاب إلى الجهات المعنية.
– تنظيم جلسات توعية لأولياء الأمور.
– توزيع المواد التعليمية ومراقبة استخدامها حسب الإجراءات.
– المساعدة في تحديث نظام الأرشفة (ورقيًا وإلكترونيًا).
– تقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن الأنشطة والنتائج.

#### المؤهلات:
– شهادة بكالوريوس في التعليم أو العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
– خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في بيئات تعليمية، مع التركيز على تنسيق البرامج أو الإدارة.
– خبرة في العمل مع الفئات السكانية الضعيفة أو في سياقات إنسانية.
– معرفة بمعايير حماية الطفل والسلامة في البيئات التعليمية.
– إتقان أدوات إدارة البيانات والتقارير.

Center Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Center Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our educational center. The Coordinator will oversee educational activities, ensure student engagement, and maintain communication with parents and caregivers. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise all center activities to ensure they align with educational objectives and program guidelines.
– Regularly monitor and evaluate the educational activities to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
– Track student attendance and dropout rates, and implement strategies to improve engagement and retention.
– Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing concerns.
– Assist the Education Technical Coordinator in observing and evaluating teacher performance to ensure adherence to guidelines.
– Review and follow up on teachers' lesson plans, providing feedback to enhance instructional quality.
– Manage the daily schedule of the center, ensuring coordination of activities and effective resource utilization.
– Maintain an inventory of educational resources, ensuring availability for use.
– Monitor progress towards educational goals and develop action plans to achieve desired outcomes.
– Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, providing a secure environment for beneficiaries.
– Address any safety-related issues promptly.
– Monitor and refer any concerns regarding student welfare to the appropriate personnel.
– Conduct awareness sessions for parents.
– Distribute educational materials and monitor their usage as per procedures.
– Assist in maintaining up-to-date archiving systems (both physical and digital).
– Report weekly and monthly on activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
– At least two years of experience in educational settings, with a focus on program coordination or management.
– Experience working with vulnerable populations or in humanitarian contexts.
– Knowledge of child protection and safety standards in educational environments.
– Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
