المهام والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف على استلام وإرسال المواد لضمان استخدامها بشكل رشيد.
• استلام الطلبات والشحنات، التحقق من عدم وجود فروقات، وتخزين المواد وفقاً للنظام المعتمد لضمان التوافر المستمر.
• ضمان تخزين المواد الطبية وفق المعايير الصيدلانية.
• ملء بطاقات المخزون والبرامج المخصصة بشكل صحيح.
• المشاركة في جرد المخزون بشكل دوري، بما في ذلك مخزون الطوارئ.
• متابعة مستويات المخزون فيما يخص الإنذارات، تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، والأدوية التي ستنتهي خلال 6 أشهر.
• إعداد الطلبات للأقسام المختلفة، ضمان التعبئة الجيدة، والإبلاغ عن أي تغيير في نمط الاستهلاك.
• التحكم في مخزن الصيدلية والحفاظ على المواد في ظروف مناسبة.

الاشتراطات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة (شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية).
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مماثل، ويفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو منظمات غير حكومية محلية أو دولية.
• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية، وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Supervise material orders and dispatches to ensure rational use.
• Receive orders and shipments, identify any discrepancies, and store materials according to the system in place to ensure continuous availability.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for all medical items in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.
• Accurately complete stock cards and software entries.
• Participate in regular stock inventories, including emergency preparedness stocks.
• Monitor stock levels for alarm thresholds, stock-outs, expiry dates, and drugs expiring within the next 6 months.
• Prepare orders for different departments, ensure appropriate packaging, and report consumption changes to the Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Control the pharmacy warehouse to maintain proper storage conditions.

Requirements

• Secondary education certificate (Lebanese Baccalaureate).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally with MSF or similar local/international NGOs.
• Proficiency in Arabic, with good command of English.
