تعلن منظمة CRD عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول/ة صحة عامة لدعم جهودها في البحث الميداني وتنفيذ البرامج في لبنان. سيتمحور دور المسؤول حول ترجمة نتائج الأبحاث الصحية إلى برامج ميدانية قابلة للتنفيذ، وتقديم الدعم الفني لضمان فعالية التدخلات الصحية في سياقات إنسانية وتنموية متنوعة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. تنفيذ البرامج والتنسيق:

   • قيادة تنفيذ التدخلات الصحية العامة وفقًا للأبحاث المعتمدة.
   • ضمان توافق المشاريع الصحية مع السياسات الدولية والمحلية والوطنية.
   • التنسيق الوثيق مع الفرق الميدانية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمهنيين الصحيين والجهات الحكومية.

2. الدعم الفني وبناء القدرات:

   • تقديم الدعم الفني للفرق الميدانية في تنفيذ التدخلات الصحية.
   • تنظيم وتنفيذ جلسات تدريبية للعاملين في مجال الصحة المجتمعية والشركاء المحليين.
   • تطوير وتوزيع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) للاستجابة الصحية.

3. المراقبة وجمع البيانات والتقارير:

   • إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمراقبة تنفيذ الأبحاث الصحية.
   • دعم تصميم وتنفيذ أدوات جمع البيانات الصحية.
   • إعداد تقارير فنية عالية الجودة تلخص النتائج والتحديات والدروس المستفادة.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• درجة ماجستير في الصحة العامة، علم الأوبئة، الصحة العالمية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ برامج الصحة العامة، ويفضل في البيئات الإنسانية والتنموية.
• خبرة في مراقبة الأمراض، استجابة الأوبئة، و تعزيز النظام الصحي.
• مهارات تنسيق قوية، وإدارة الجهات المعنية، وإدارة العمل الميداني.
• القدرة على تحليل الأبحاث الصحية وترجمتها إلى تدخلات فعّالة.
• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

المعايير المهنية:

• خبرة في العمل مع المجتمعات النازحة، والعديد من الفئات السكانية بما في ذلك النساء والفتيات.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع قادة المجتمع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتنظيم الأولويات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

Job Opportunity with TRD: Public Health Officer in Lebanon

CRD is looking for a qualified Public Health Officer to support its field-based research and program implementation in Lebanon. The officer will be responsible for translating public health research into actionable field programs, providing technical support, and ensuring the effectiveness of health interventions in various humanitarian and development contexts.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Public Health Officer
• Sector: Research and Studies
• Monthly Salary: N/A (Range between 1500 and 2000 USD)
• Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable)

• Educational Requirement: Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global Health, or related field
• Experience Requirement: 5 to 10 years in public health program implementation, preferably in humanitarian and development settings

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Implementation & Coordination:

   • Lead the execution of public health interventions based on CRD’s evidence-based research.
   • Ensure alignment of public health projects with international, national, and local policies.
   • Work closely with field teams, NGOs, healthcare professionals, and government entities to improve coordination.

2. Technical Support & Capacity Building:

   • Provide technical assistance to field teams in implementing research-driven health interventions.
   • Organize and conduct training sessions for community health workers, local partners, and field teams.
   • Develop and disseminate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for public health responses.

3. Monitoring, Data Collection & Reporting:

   • Conduct field visits to monitor the implementation of CRD’s health-related research.
   • Support the design and implementation of health data collection tools.
   • Prepare high-quality technical reports summarizing findings, challenges, and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public health program implementation, preferably in humanitarian and development contexts.
• Experience in disease surveillance, outbreak response, and health system strengthening.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and field management skills.
• Ability to analyze health research and translate findings into effective interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Professional Standards:

• Experience working with displaced communities and diverse populations, including women and girls, with a clear understanding of gender.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; experience engaging community leaders and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail.
