تعلن منظمة Good Shepherd Sisters عن توفر فرصة عمل شاغرة لمنصب مدرس/ة متخصص/ة للعمل بدوام جزئي في عين سعادة، جبل لبنان. هذه فرصة مميزة للأفراد الذين يسعون للعمل في مجال التعليم الاجتماعي، حيث ستتطلب الوظيفة تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. آخر مهلة للتقديم هي الأربعاء 23 أبريل 2025، والعقد يمتد لمدة عام واحد.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• المسمى الوظيفي: مدرس/ة متخصص/ة

• الراتب: أقل من 800 دولار أمريكي شهريًا

• المؤهل العلمي: شهادة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة المطلوبة: سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في مجال التعليم أو العمل مع الشباب.

• اللغات المطلوبة: اللغة العربية بطلاقة، اللغة الإنجليزية جيدة جدًا، اللغة الفرنسية بطلاقة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. الدعم والمرافقة اليومية:

   • مرافقة المستفيدين، دعمهم ومساعدتهم في المهام اليومية، وتعزيز استقلاليتهم.

   • ضمان رفاهية وسلامة المستفيدين أثناء فترات الاستراحة والدروس والأنشطة اليومية.

2. التعامل مع الحالات السلوكية:

   • مراقبة سلوكيات الشباب وتقديم الدعم العاطفي والتوجيه لمساعدتهم في تجاوز صعوباتهم.

   • التدخل الفوري في حالات العنف أو الإهمال، والعمل على معالجة الأزمات والمشاكل السلوكية.

3. التخطيط وتنظيم الأنشطة:

   • التخطيط وتنظيم الأنشطة الترفيهية والتعليمية التي تساعد في تطوير الشباب.

   • التعاون مع الفريق المتعدد التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بفعالية.

4. التعاون مع الأخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين:

   • العمل مع الأخصائيين النفسيين لوضع خطط تدخل لاحتياجات الشباب.

   • متابعة تطور الشباب والعمل على تقديم الدعم اللازم لهم في طريق نموهم الشخصي.

5. التدريب والدعم للمجموعة:

   • تدريب ودعم الموجهين في كيفية التعامل مع الشباب وحل النزاعات التي قد تنشأ.

   • تحديث سجلات كل طالب بما يتناسب مع تطور أدائه واحتياجاته.

Good Shepherd Sisters in Lebanon is seeking a qualified Specialized Educator for a part-time position based in Ain Saadeh, Mount Lebanon. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in social education to support young people in developing their skills and achieving greater autonomy. Job Details:

• Job Title: Specialized Educator

• Sector: Education

• Location: Ain Saadeh, Mount Lebanon

• Contract Type: Part-Time

• Salary: Less than 800 USD per month

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.

• Experience Required: Between 1 and 2 years of experience working with youth or in an educational setting.

• Languages: Fluent in Arabic, very good in English, and fluent in French.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Support and Supervision:

   • Accompany beneficiaries, support them in daily tasks, and help them gain more independence.

   • Ensure the well-being and safety of beneficiaries during breaks, lunchtime, and study periods.

2. Behavioral Support:

   • Observe and assess the behavior of young people, providing emotional support and helping them overcome challenges.

   • Intervene in cases of violence, neglect, or abuse, and manage conflicts or behavioral issues as they arise.

3. Planning and Organizing Activities:

   • Plan and oversee recreational and educational activities that support the overall development of the young individuals.

   • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure activities are well-executed.

4. Collaboration with Psychologists and Social Workers:

   • Work with psychologists to create intervention plans for young people, especially those with the greatest needs.

   • Track the progress of the youth and provide necessary support in their personal development.

5. Training and Support for the Team:

   • Provide training and guidance to the team on managing youth behavior and resolving conflicts.

   • Maintain and update educational records for each young person, ensuring proper documentation of their progress.
