المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

ضمن إشراف مسؤول خدمات الدعم senior، ستكون مسؤولاً عن المهام التالية:

  • العناية والصيانة: الحفاظ على نظافة وصيانة المركبات، والتأكد من توفير الوقود بشكل دوري.

  • المهام اليومية: القيادة والقيام بالمهام النقلية للموظفين المعتمدين من UNMAS سوريا.

  • الامتثال للوثائق: تأكد من تعبئة السجلات اليومية والقيام بالفحوصات الدورية للمركبات.

  • التحقق من الوثائق: التأكد من وجود جميع الوثائق المطلوبة مثل استمارات الحوادث.

  • إجراء فحوصات دورية: التأكد من وجود جميع معدات الطوارئ والسلامة مثل طفايات الحريق وأدوات الإسعافات الأولية.

  • القيام بمهام مكتبية: المساعدة في الأعمال المكتبية مثل النسخ والطباعة حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.

  • أداء أي مهام أخرى: أي مهام ذات صلة قد يوجهها المدير أو الإدارة العليا.

المتطلبات:

  • التعليم: شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال القيادة.

  • الخبرة العملية: خبرة سابقة كـسائق مع منظمة غير حكومية أو منظمة دولية مرغوبة.

  • الشهادات المطلوبة: رخصة قيادة مدنية سارية.

  • التدريب: تدريب SSAFE مرغوب.

Contract Duration: Open-ended, subject to organizational requirements, availability of funds, and satisfactory performance

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Support Services Officer, the driver will be responsible for the following:

  • Vehicle Care and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and regular refueling of vehicles.

  • Driving Tasks: Drive UNMAS Syria authorized personnel and perform transport tasks.

  • Transport Documentation: Maintain daily logs and vehicle checklists.

  • Document Compliance: Ensure vehicles have appropriate documentation, including accident forms.

  • Inspection and Safety: Ensure all vehicles have the necessary emergency equipment like fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

  • Office Assistance: Assist with office tasks (e.g., photocopying, scanning) as directed.

  • Other Duties: Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor or senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of relevant experience.

  • Experience: Previous driving experience with an NGO or international organization is desirable.

  • Required Certifications: Valid civilian driver's license.

  • Training: SSAFE training is desirable.

  • Language Requirements:

    • Fluency in Arabic (writing, speaking, reading) is required.

    • Basic proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading) is required.

    • Knowledge of another UN official language is preferred.
