الجيش اللبناني يُوقف مطلق نار و109 سوريين مخالفين في حملة أمنية حاسمة
أعلنت قيادة الجيش اللبناني – مديرية التوجيه في بيان رسمي، عن تنفيذ وحدات عسكرية عمليات ميدانية في مناطق مختلفة من لبنان أسفرت عن توقيف عدد من الأشخاص بجرائم مختلفة.
وجاء في البيان أن وحدة من الجيش أوقفت المواطن (ت.ز.) في منطقة برج البراجنة – قضاء بعبدا، بعد أن تبين أنه مطلوب بموجب مذكرة توقيف بجرم إطلاق نار.
كما نفّذت وحدات عسكرية أخرى عمليات أمنية في كل من منطقتي الزهراني – صيدا والعريض – القصر، أسفرت عن توقيف 109 مواطنين سوريين، بسبب تجولهم على الأراضي اللبنانية بطريقة غير قانونية ومن دون أوراق ثبوتية.
وأشارت قيادة الجيش إلى أن التحقيقات قد بدأت بالفعل مع الموقوفين بإشراف القضاء المختص، في إطار الإجراءات الأمنية المستمرة لضبط الوضع الداخلي وتطبيق القوانين.
تأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن استراتيجية أمنية متواصلة تهدف إلى تعزيز الاستقرار في الداخل اللبناني وضبط التجاوزات الأمنية والتسللات غير الشرعية، في وقت يشهد فيه لبنان تحديات داخلية متعددة أبرزها ملف النازحين والجرائم المرتبطة بالفوضى الأمنية.
Lebanese Army Arrests Gunman and 109 Undocumented Syrians in Major Security Sweep
The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued a formal statement confirming the arrest of multiple individuals in a wide-scale security operation conducted across several regions in Lebanon.
According to the statement, a military unit apprehended citizen (T.Z.) in the Bourj al-Barajneh area – Baabda District. The suspect was wanted for firing shots unlawfully, with a legal warrant issued against him for the offense.
In parallel operations, other army units conducted security raids in Zahrani – Sidon and Al-Areed – Al-Qasr, detaining 109 Syrian nationals found to be illegally residing and moving within Lebanese territory without proper documentation.
The army emphasized that interrogations have commenced under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities, as part of ongoing efforts to enforce security laws and control irregular migration.
These arrests come amid intensified security measures by the Lebanese Armed Forces to combat both criminal activity and unregulated cross-border movements, reflecting broader national efforts to restore order and address challenges linked to undocumented residency.
