الوصف الوظيفي:

يبحث المجلس النرويجي للاجئين عن معلمين ومعلمات لغة عربية للانضمام إلى برنامجه التعليمي في منطقة الشمال اللبنانية. تُعنى هذه الوظيفة بتوفير تعليم عالي الجودة للأطفال اللاجئين والأطفال المعرضين لخطر التسرب من النظام التعليمي الرسمي عبر برامج تعليم غير رسمي شاملة وآمنة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تقديم تعليم فعال ومتنوع من خلال العروض التوضيحية، النقاشات، والمحاضرات.
المشاركة الفعالة في جميع الدورات التدريبية التي ينظمها المجلس.
تنفيذ المنهج الدراسي الموحد، والمساهمة في تطوير المحتوى التعليمي عند الحاجة.
ضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة وصديقة للطفل تشمل الجوانب البدنية والعاطفية والفكرية.
تطبيق التأديب الإيجابي داخل الصف.
دعم أنشطة التسجيل وبرامج التوعية التعليمية.
تهيئة الصف وتزيينه بما يتناسب مع الفئة العمرية والصف الدراسي.
إجراء تقييمات تحصيل الطلاب قبل وأثناء وبعد دورة التعليم.
تحديث ملفات الطلاب وإدخال البيانات وتقييم الأداء.
إعداد وتنفيذ الدروس حسب توجيهات منسق المادة.
حضور اجتماعات المعلمين والمشاركة في حلقات التعلم وتطوير المواد الإضافية.
تعليم الطلاب وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم وقدراتهم التعليمية.
تنظيم الأنشطة الترفيهية والإشراف عليها.
متابعة حضور الطلاب والغيابات والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور.
تعزيز التواصل الإيجابي مع أولياء الأمور ومجتمعاتهم.
الحفاظ على المعدات التعليمية والمواد التعليمية المتوفرة.
الإشراف على الطلاب في أوقات الدخول والخروج وبين الجلسات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في التربية أو اللغة العربية أو مجال ذي صلة، وشهادة تدريس ميزة إضافية.
خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في التعليم الرسمي أو غير الرسمي.
أمانة، موثوقية، واستعداد لقبول الملاحظات البناءة.
القدرة على العمل بنظامية وتنظيم عالي.
مهارات تواصل جيدة مع المشرفين وأولياء الأمور.

Arabic Language Educator Jobs in Lebanon – Join Norwegian Refugee Council in North Lebanon

Job Description:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is recruiting Arabic language educators to join its non-formal education program in Northern Lebanon. This role involves delivering quality education to refugee and vulnerable host community children who are out of school or at risk of dropping out.

Responsibilities:

Deliver effective teaching using a variety of methods including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures.
Actively participate in all NRC training sessions.
Implement the unified curriculum and contribute to content development when needed.
Maintain a safe and child-friendly learning environment addressing physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
Use positive discipline in the classroom.
Support program outreach and student registration efforts.
Adapt and decorate classrooms according to age and grade group.
Conduct pre, post, and periodic assessments of learning achievements.
Manage learner files, data entry, and evaluation.
Plan and execute lessons under the guidance of subject coordinators.
Attend educator meetings, participate in learning circles, and develop extra materials.
Teach according to students’ educational needs and abilities.
Organize and supervise recreational activities.
Follow up on attendance and absences, communicate with parents or caregivers.
Foster positive communication channels with parents and community groups.
Utilize and safeguard educational materials and equipment.
Supervise students during arrival, departure, and between sessions.
Apply NRC child protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic, or related field; teaching certification is a plus.
1 to 2 years of experience in formal or non-formal teaching.
Honesty, trustworthiness, and openness to constructive feedback.
Systematic and organized working style.
Effective communication skills with supervisors and parents.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
