أهداف الوظيفة:

المسؤوليات الأساسية للموظف في التعداد:

1. جمع البيانات:

   • إجراء مقابلات مع الأسر أو الأفراد من اللاجئين السوريين لجمع معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة وفقًا للمسح الميداني.

   • التأكد من دقة الإجابات المسجلة وأن جميع الأسئلة تم طرحها بشكل صحيح وواضح.

   • جمع البيانات في صيغة رقمية عبر الأجهزة الذكية مثل الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية (Android devices).

2. التنسيق والتواصل:

   • التنسيق مع ضابط MEAL والفرق المعنية في المشروع لجمع القوائم والبيانات اللازمة.

   • ضمان أن المؤسسات المحلية والسلطات المحلية على دراية بالأنشطة التي تقوم بها إنترسوس في المنطقة، من خلال التنسيق المسبق مع المعنيين.

   • تمثيل إنترسوس في الميدان وحضور الاجتماعات الدورية مع فرق العمل.

3. القيام بعمليات الزيارة:

   • زيارة الأسر أو الأفراد اللاجئين لتحديد الحالات التي قد تحتاج إلى إحالة أو الدعم الخاص.

   • جمع البيانات عبر المقابلات أو المكالمات الهاتفية مع الأسر/الأفراد وفقًا للأهداف المحددة.

4. الالتزام بمعايير السرية:

   • احترام سرية البيانات التي يتم جمعها وعدم الإفصاح عنها إلا للمسؤولين المختصين.

   • الالتزام بجميع الإجراءات الأمنية والسياسات الداخلية الخاصة بـ إنترسوس.

5. التدريب والتطوير:

   • حضور التدريبات اللازمة حسب طلب إنترسوس أو المانحين.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة ثانوية أو شهادة تقنية.

• إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة مع مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.

• خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات أو العمل الميداني تعتبر ميزة.

• القدرة على استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية مثل KOBO لجمع البيانات.

• القدرة على العمل في ظروف ميدانية تحت ضغط الوقت، والقدرة على التنقل الطويل.

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على إقامة علاقات جيدة مع الأسر والمستفيدين.

• الالتزام بمعايير إنترسوس في العمل مع الأشخاص والمجتمعات المستفيدة.

Job Description:

Position Title: Enumerator (Daily Worker)
Location: South, Lebanon
Application Deadline: June 23, 2025
Reports to: MEAL Officer, Shelter Field Officer, Protection Monitoring Officer

Job Purpose:

The Enumerator will conduct surveys to collect accurate and reliable information from Syrian refugees’ households or individuals. The role requires traveling to different field locations and conducting interviews to meet a daily target for data collection. The quality of data and success of this task depend on the Enumerator’s skills, resilience, and ability to cooperate with the MEAL Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection:

   • Conduct interviews with Syrian refugee households or individuals to gather correct information according to the survey’s requirements.

   • Ensure that all questions are asked clearly and recorded correctly.

   • Collect data using Android devices (smartphones or tablets) for digital submission.

2. Coordination and Communication:

   • Coordinate with the MEAL Officer and project teams for smooth data collection.

   • Inform local authorities and external stakeholders about Intersos activities in their areas.

   • Represent Intersos in the field and assist in keeping the team and stakeholders informed.

3. Fieldwork:

   • Perform home visits or phone calls to identify protection cases that need referral or specific assistance.

   • Maintain constant contact with team members and beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

4. Confidentiality:

   • Adhere to Intersos’ confidentiality policies and ensure sensitive data is protected.

5. Training and Development:

   • Attend relevant training sessions as requested by Intersos or donors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School or Technical Degree.

• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.

• Experience with fieldwork and data collection is an asset.

• Proficiency in data collection software such as KOBO.

• Ability to travel long distances and work in challenging field conditions.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
