فرصة مميزة للعمل كمنسق/ة مشروع تعليمي – منظمة بسمة وزيتونة في البقاع تعلن عن توظيف عاجل

تعلن منظمة بسمة وزيتونة، وهي منظمة لبنانية مسجّلة تُعنى بخدمة اللاجئين والمجتمعات الضعيفة، عن حاجتها لتوظيف منسق/ة مشروع تعليمي (Education Project Coordinator) بدوام كامل، للعمل في مركز بر الياس – البقاع، مع زيارات أسبوعية لمركز النبعة.

تهدف المنظمة من خلال هذا الدور إلى ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال لمشاريع التعليم (ECE، BLN، LS)، بالتعاون مع فريق الحماية، وتحقيق أفضل معايير الجودة والالتزام.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تقديم الدعم الفني لكافة أعضاء فريق المشروع.
إعداد تقارير شهرية وربع سنوية وسنوية بالتنسيق مع مدير برنامج التعليم.
وضع خطط عمل وتقييم المخاطر ومتابعة الأنشطة والمصروفات.
التنسيق مع الشركاء التدريبيين لضمان جاهزية مراكز التعلم وتطوير أداء الموظفين.
متابعة التنسيق بين المعلمين، المشرفين، وأخصائيي التعليم والحماية.
مراجعة وتطبيق سياسات الحماية الخاصة بالمنظمة.
التواصل المباشر مع المانحين وحضور اجتماعات الشركاء.
بناء علاقات مع المجتمعات المحلية والشخصيات المؤثرة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة بين 3 و5 سنوات في مجال مشابه، منها سنتان في الإغاثة الإنسانية أو الطوارئ.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
خبرة في العمل مع اللاجئين وإدارة الفرق.
مهارات تنظيمية عالية وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
استعداد للسفر إلى المناطق الريفية بشكل متكرر.
معرفة متقدمة ببرامج Microsoft Office وقواعد بيانات المشاريع.

Urgent Hiring – Education Project Coordinator at Basmeh & Zeitooneh, Bekaa Lebanon

Basmeh & Zeitooneh, a registered Lebanese NGO serving refugees and vulnerable communities, is seeking a full-time Education Project Coordinator to join its team in Bar Elias – Bekaa, with weekly visits to the Nabaa Center.

The role aims to ensure effective implementation and coordination of education programs (ECE, BLN, LS) while working closely with the Protection team to meet all safeguarding and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all project staff.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in coordination with the Education Program Manager.
Develop work plans, risk assessments, and follow up on activities and budget spending.
Coordinate with training partners to ensure readiness of learning centers and improve staff performance.
Ensure effective communication with teachers, coordinators, education specialists, and protection coordinators.
Review and implement the organization’s safeguarding policy.
Liaise with donors and attend partner meetings.
Build strong connections with local communities and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in humanitarian relief or emergency response.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project database systems.
